Delivery Areas

We deliver across Tanzania. Moshi and nearby areas receive goods within 24–48 hours. Other regions typically within 2–5 working days via bus/cargo carriers.

Delivery Costs

Cost depends on your location, weight and order size. Our team will call to confirm the exact cost before dispatch. Large fertilizer/input orders may qualify for discounted delivery.

Receiving Your Goods

• Keep your phone reachable on the delivery day.
• Inspect your goods in front of the courier before paying (for COD).
• For defective items, contact us within 48 hours.

Store Pickup

You may choose to collect your order at our Mbuyuni, Moshi store (Monday–Saturday, 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM) at no delivery cost.
