Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of receipt if:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect or was damaged in transit.
  • You received a different product from what you ordered.
  • The product is unopened and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, opened agrochemicals, opened seed packets and opened animal feeds cannot be returned — unless they have a manufacturing defect.
